Our 1,300 ton Guillotine shear allows for easy slicing through steel plates and beams up to 5" thick. Over-sized scrap, such as ship plates, are processed by our crew of torch cutters and mobile shears. With this capacity, Seattle Iron & Metals can accept even your largest and most awkward scrap metal and cut it down to size.

As a producer of high-quality shredded scrap our 4,500 horsepower Shredder is one of the most efficient on the West Coast. Mixed metals, such as automobiles and appliances are processed and separated to refine the ferrous and non-ferrous metal components into a desired size, grade and quality product.
